Which 10 minutes of the day move more than they usually do?
Every Hyperliquid and Ostium stock, cut into 10-minute blocks of the New York clock.
Each block is scored against the same name's own average block, so what stands out is
deviation, not drift: z says how many standard errors a block sits from that baseline,
and both tails count — more gain than usual and more loss than usual.
Define as many date windows as you like and every one scores the same block grid, so a block
that stands out in all of them and one that stands out in a single window are both visible.
The frame is the last 2 hours of the previous session plus this session, regular hours only:
no pre-market, no after-hours, no futures. SPY and QQQ ride on their own scale.
